The General Services Administration 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services III Contract, or GSA 8(a) STARS Ill Contract, is a multiple –award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Government Wide Acquisition Vehicle (GWAC), which allows for competitive and sole sourced 8(a) directed work. This next-generation GWAC builds upon the framework of 8(a) STARS II and expands capabilities for emerging technologies and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) requirements. The contract vehicle has a 5-year base with one 5-year option period and provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners.
